These Rental Conditions apply to all bookings and override any terms and conditions specified or referred to by the person (Client) making the booking. The Client is deemed to have accepted these conditions. The Client means not only the person making the booking but any other persons for whom the Client is making the booking.

Upon making a reservation a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is due within 7 days of receiving confirmation of the reservation from the Owner. The balance of the rental price plus a deposit of 150 € against damage and breakages is required not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit for the keys of 100 € is payable locally and this will be refunded at the end of the rental period when the keys are returned.

Where a reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental price plus the deposit against damage is due within 7 days of receiving confirmation of the reservation from the Owner.

Rental deposits are non-refundable, except as provided below.

The Client is responsible for purchasing comprehensive travel insurance cover. The owner cannot be held liable for cancellation by the Client, or for injury, loss, damage expense or inconvenience of any kind or any cause whatsoever or howsoever arising, whether or not within their reasonable control or that of their agent. In the event of cancellation by the owner a full refund will be made.

The deposit against damages will be refunded to the Client on return of the keys to the property subject to any deductions to cover breakages, damage or loss to property and contents caused by the Client. Should the value of any such damage or loss to property and contents exceed 150 €, the difference will be debt due from the Client to the Owner payable within 14 days of demand.

Reservations are limited to a maximum of 6 persons.

The owners reserve the right to refuse any reservation or cancel any reservation previously made whether paid for or not. In such an event, the owner's liability to the Client shall be limited to reimbursement of any deposit already paid.

The apartment will be available from 5.00pm on the day rental commences and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Arrivals after 8.00pm and before midnight are subject to an additional charge of 15 € payable locally, and 25 € between midnight and 2.00 am. Keys are not available between 2.00 am and 5.00pm.
