49 Neptuno is a recently built privately owned apartment located in the fabulous Marina d'Or holiday resort at Oropesa del Mar, in the Spanish province of Castellon on the Orange Blossom Coast. On the first floor overlooking the pool, the apartment comprises lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, second bathroom, a spacious terrace, and underground car parking. The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There is heating and air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. A fan and electric heater are provided in the second bedroom. The apartment also has a DVD player and satellite television. There is a lift to all floors. The enclosed communal pool (open June to September) has a separate children's pool and toilet facilities. There is also a children's play area at ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet position with the beach only 250 yards away and all the other resort attractions are within a 10 minute walking distance. The apartment sleeps a maximum of six (two in each bedroom and two on the convertible settee in the lounge) and it is ideal for a family or two couples.
